My name is Paul M DiVincentis, owner and certified home inspector of PMD Home Inspections LLC. As a longtime resident of Grand County, I have spent thirty eight years involved in the community in many ways and have an intimate knowledge of the mountain lifestyle. I understand the importance of your new home purchase and how it contributes to the lifestyle you desire.
Having spent over two decades in the construction industry, I have developed a real-life working knowledge of residential construction, materials, systems and building science. I have built custom homes from the ground up and have addressed many of the very issues I find on my inspections. Using that knowledge and inspection experience, my goal is to provide you with the information necessary to make the best decision while doing what I can to help facilitate the inspection process. Before, during and after the inspection, I will always be there for you.
