PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION

SEPTIC SYSTEM INSPECTION, SEWER LINE SCOPING
Septic system repairs can be very expensive. Let us give you a report on the system’s current condition and any needed repairs. A sewer line scope will reveal problems with the line from your home to the public sewer main or your septic system.
NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION
Even a new home will have items that were missed or needing repairs. We will inspect your new home before you close and move in so you can have your builder rectify any issues.
RADON TESTING
According to the EPA, radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the US and recommends testing for every new home purchase. PMD is licensed by the state of Colorado, #0000205 and is also certified as a RADON MEASUREMENT PROFESSIONAL by the National Radon Proficiency Program, NRPP, #112927 RMP.
PRE-LISTING INSPECTION
Know the condition of your home and any repairs needed prior to selling and get the most money for your biggest asset.
WELL INSPECTION AND TESTING
PMD can inspect your well equipment and perform a 2 hour flow test to determine if the well is producing adequate water. We will also provide water quality analysis if desired.
THERMAL IMAGING
We utilize the latest in technology to provide our clients with the best inspections possible – which includes thermal imaging. While thermal imaging can’t see through walls, it can see temperature differentials. This allows us to find defects that would be overlooked without imaging – such as electrical hazards, missing insulation, and hidden leaks. Thermal imaging is included at no extra cost in every inspection because we believe it’s that important.

We provide you with a detailed report that contains descriptions, pictures, video, and a concise easy to understand summary to fully equip you to make good decisions. We spend a lot of time on-site gathering every bit of information we can about your home. We make sure however that the major items stand out and that finding and fixing those issues later on will be easier.
